Bulgarian Handle was created on the basis of inspiration from athletes of the Bulgarian armwrestling club Varna, who use a similarly shaped wooden handle in their training of the hook technique (bottom). One of its active users is the well-known armwrestler Yordan Tsonev, who trains with this handle in several videos.
This handle has a unique angled placement of the axis, which does not pass through the center but is positioned diagonally - creating completely different training properties compared to classic armwrestling handles. It is excellent for training the fingers, wrist and back muscles, and it excels in the bottom technique, especially on the high pulley.

Bulgarian Handle is designed with an opening in the axis and an opening on the edge, which increases the difficulty of grip and finger strength training. The grooves are optimized for training with a strap.
