Alpha Handle

Alpha Handle is a unique, anatomically shaped training handle that went through a long development and design process to be near-perfect for every hand. It faithfully imitates a real grip on your opponent - thumb overlap, finger loading and pressure in the wrist - bringing your training as close as possible to a match situation.
Its main focus is capping (wrist bending) - building a strong wrist and solid fingers. Thanks to its specially shaped ends, however, it also allows you to effectively train riser, pronation and supination, and to a large extent it can even replace the multispinner, one of the most popular armwrestling tools.
We tuned the Alpha Handle to be unrivaled on our market in terms of ergonomics, functionality and price. It offers maximum use in armwrestling training - from technique to the development of specific strength!
